Return & Refund Policy



This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by the terms set out below.





1. Damaged Items



1.1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon delivery.


1.2. Any claim for damage must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the recorded delivery time.


1.3. The Customer must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of:


  • The damage to the item; and
  • The condition of the outer and inner packaging.



1.4. Failure to report damages within the stated timeframe, or failure to supply sufficient evidence, will result in the claim being rejected.


1.5. Once a damage claim is validated, the Customer will be instructed on the return procedure. No refund will be issued until the item has been returned and inspected.





2. Returns Only – No Refunds Without Return



2.1. Refunds are not issued unless the item is returned.


2.2. The Customer agrees that refunds are not provided for any reason without the physical return of the item. No exceptions will be made.


2.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any return that has not been authorised in advance.





3. Return Conditions



3.1. Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, excluding any reported and validated damage.


3.2. Unless the Seller confirms that the item arrived damaged and the claim has been approved under Section 1, the Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


3.3. Items returned without prior approval or outside the stated procedure may be rejected.





4. Non-Returnable Items



4.1. Items labelled as “final sale,” “non-returnable,” or similar on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.


4.2. The Seller reserves the right to specify additional non-returnable items at any time.





5. Refund Processing



5.1. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.


5.2. Once approved, refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.


5.3. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.





6. General Provisions



6.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.


6.2. This Policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under UK consumer law; however, the Customer acknowledges that certain rights may not apply where exemptions for small sellers or second-hand goods are relevant.
